On the lack of integrity of the American Bar Association

London 11.01.06 | Remember the Sumate trial? Remember the controversy caused by the leak of the American Bar Association (ABA) preliminary report? Well, Michael S. Greco, President of the ABA would have you believe that the association he chairs won't continue monitoring the Sumate trial for their preliminary report was published in this site. Mind you some Chavez sycophants have incurred into wild interpretations by compartmentalizing this site with El Universal; others have gone further suggesting that "Bush stupidly agrees" with me; but the lack of spine of the ABA is just intolerable. A clear cut case of modern political prosecution will cease to be observed and monitored because this humble site leaked the report in the internet. I would have thought American lawyers were more agressive...
